Tomer Czapnik
Tomer is the CEO of the Retailors Group, a public company that serves as the sports arm of Fox Group and operates Nike stores in Israel, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France and 13 other European countries, and other brands in Israel and around the world.
Tomer began his journey by establishing the company’s first international operation in Canada, then led the development to the European market and two years ago led the company’s IPO.
Tomer is the son-in-law of Harel Wiesel, the controlling shareholder of Fox and Chairman of Retailors.
In addition to his position at Retailors, Tomer takes an active part as a director at Czapnik – A leading distributor of heavy machinery for the industrial, logistical, and agricultural sectors that belongs to his family and is now engaged with his family in leading Czapnik succession process to the 3rd generation.
Tomer combines family and business as a way of life and believes that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages when managed professionally.

תומר הינו מנכ”ל קבוצת ריטיילורס חברה ציבורית המשמשת כזרוע הספורט של קבוצת פוקס ומפעילה חנויות נייקי בישראל, קנדה, אוסטרליה ניו זילנד, צרפ ת וב 13- מדינות נוספות באירופה, ומותגים נוספים בארץ ובעולם.
תומר החל את דרכו בהקמת הפעילות הבינלאומית הראשונה של החברה בקנדה, לאחר מכן הוביל את ההתפתחות לשוק האירופאי ולפני שנתיים הוביל את הנפקת החברה.
תומר הינו חתנו של הראל ויזל מנכ״ל, בעל השליטה בפוקס ויו״ר ריטיילורס. בנוסף לתפקידו בריטיילורס תומר לוקח חלק פעיל כדירקטור בחברת צ׳פניק – יבואנית ציוד מכני הנדסי השייכת למשפחתו וכעת עוסק ביחד . עם משפחתו בתהליך המשכיות לבני דור 3.
