Shaked Yanay
Yanay Growth Houses was established by Shaked’s parents in 1988. The company produces market pot plants: bedding plants and herbs. Shaked manages the sales teams of the company.
Shaked started her first role in the company in 2016. During the first five years, as part of a training program to lead the company in the future, Shaked served as the production manager. In recent years she has moved to manage the company’s sales department.
The company has over 100 employees, running a robotic production site (growing plants without human intervention) first and unique in Israel and the middle east. The company’s values include leading the market with technological innovation and industrializing agricultural production processes.
Shaked works alongside her brother, who serves as the company’s CFO. Now, after periods of working together and independently, the company is revisiting its strategy to fully transition management to the next generation
The parents, founders of the company, currently serve as co-CEOs.

שקד סמנכ”לית מכירות בחברת ינאי בתי צמיחה שנוסדה ע”י הוריה בשנת 1988. החברה מתמחה בייצור, שיווק והפצה של צמחי נוי לשוק המוסדי והסיטונאי בישראל.
שקד עובדת בחברה משנת 2016, בחמש השנים הראשונות, כחלק מתכנית הכשרה להובלת החברה ומעבר בין דורי, שימשה כמנהלת הייצור. בשנים האחרונות עברה לניהול המכירות של החברה.
החברה מעסיקה למעלה מ-100 עובדים, ומנהלת אתר ייצור רובוטי (גידול צמחים ללא מגע יד אדם) ראשון ויחיד מסוגו בישראל ובמזרח התיכון. החברה חרטה על דגלה להוביל את השוק בעזרת טכנולוגיה חדשנית וחקלאות תעשייתית.
שקד עובדת בחברה יחד עם אחיה שמשמש מנהל הכספים של החברה, ובימים אלו אחרי דרך שעברו יחד וכל אחד לחוד, חוזרת המשפחה כולה לתהליך העברה בין דורית ומעבר לניהול מלא של החברה על ידיהם.
ההורים, המייסדים, משמשים כמנכ”לים משותפים ופעילים בניהול החברה.
