Prof. Manuel Trajtenberg
Manuel Trajtenberg is a Professor (Emeritus) of Economics at Tel Aviv University, and Senior researcher at the Samuel Neaman Institute of the Technion.
Previous public positions: Chairman of the National Economic Council at the Prime Minister’s Office (2006-09), Chairman of the Planning and Budgeting Committee of the Council for Higher Education (2009-2014), Chairman of the Committee for Socio-economic Change (2011), and member of the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament (2015-17).

תפקידים ציבוריים בהם החזיק בעבר: יו”ר המועצה הלאומית לכלכלה במשרד ראש הממשלה (2006 – 2009), יו”ר הועדה לתכנון ולתקצוב במועצה להשכלה גבוהה (2009 – 2014), יו”ר הועדה לשינוי כלכלי – חברתי (2011), וחבר כנסת (2015 – 2017).
