Noga Knaz is a corporate director and entrepreneur with extensive experience in capital markets, investment banking, and corporate governance.

She currently serves on the boards of Gazit Globe, Lahav L.R., Hilan Ltd., and Econergy, and previously served as a director at Big Shopping Centers.

Noga is also the founder of a FinTech & Blockchain startup developing an AI-driven platform for international real-estate investment and financial asset management, combining technology, finance, and regulation to simplify cross-border property transactions and digital-asset payments.

For a decade, Noga was a Partner and CEO at Rosario Capital, one of Israel’s leading investment banking and advisory firms, where she led equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory for public companies and institutional investors.

In addition to her executive and board roles, she co-hosts the financial podcast “What’s on the Table?” on 103 FM, which focuses on alternative investments, providing listeners with practical tools to evaluate opportunities and think critically about financial decisions — alongside conversations with leading experts and market professionals.
