Iris Leibowitz has acted as legal counsel for a single family office, for the past five years. In her position, she is responsible for all legal aspects of the office, including personal, business and other legal y related issues.

Iris has practiced law with major law firms in the United States, including Gibson Dunn and Crutcher and Mintz Levin, and has lead various M&A transactions.

Upon her return to  Israel , she has advised and supervised various internet companies, in the process of sale and had  lead the sale of Hotbar, beginning with  identifying potential buyers and until the final point of the actual sale.  Iris has graduated from the University of Minnesota law school in 1997, and  the Carlson school of management ,  with an accounting major in 1994, both, with highest  distinction. She was the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Global Trade, a teaching assistant   Prof. Judith Younger, and a  Federal clerk to the Honorable James M Rosenbaum.

She is a member of the New York, Massachusetts, and Israeli  bars, and is a member of Sunrise, a non for profit organization, for children with cancer and their families.
