As the owner and CEO of the software house AlphaTeam and the company “El-Tal” for organizational consulting, Tal has extensive entrepreneurial, business and managerial experience.
Tal is a consultant to the managements and senior CEOs of the leading companies in the market – in the high-tech field, banks and industry.
In advising family businesses, Tal is responsible for the strategy and business development, ownership planning and distribution of shares, governance structures and policy, in addition to the joint work with Sarit in handling the deep emotional issues that accompany the process. Tal has a Master’s degree in organizational psychology from the Technion University.
