Anna is the Country Manager for TikTok in Israel, dedicated to empowering Israeli startups and businesses by leveraging TikTok’s global community.

With over a decade of experience, she previously held the position of Head of Business Operations Division at eBay, overseeing operations in Israel and Emerging Markets.

Anna is a global lecturer, emphasizing the role of e-commerce and digital marketing in global business growth. She is also an advocate for women’s integration into tech professions and social mobility through various social initiatives.

Anna earned her BS.c in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and completed leadership and change management programs at Harvard University. She is also a graduate of the Maoz Fellowship Program.
