Mr. Adam Tantleff
Managing Director, Madison Realty Capital
Adam Tantleff is one of the three Managing Principals of Madison Realty Capital (“Madison” or the “Firm”), having joined the Firm in 2005 prior to the launch of its initial fund.
Mr. Tantleff’s primary responsibilities include capital raising for the Firm’s debt and equity products, as well as maintaining investor relations with the existing global institutional investor base. During his tenure the Firm has raised over $3.4BN in equity commitments, the most recent being Madison Realty Capital Debt Fund IV which raised $1.136BN, surpassing its initial target of $1BN.
In his role, Mr. Tantleff has expanded Madison’s institutional investor base to include sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, union funds, endowments and foundations, family offices and private clients. In addition to US-based Limited Partners, investors in Madison’s funds include Limited Partners from the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
In 2018, Mr. Tantleff was recognized by PERE as one of the 30 most influential real estate capital raisers globally in their inaugural 30 Rainmakers List.
Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Tantleff was an equity partner at Suffolk Capital Management, a multibillion-dollar institutional money manager. At the time of his departure from Suffolk Capital Management, Mr. Tantleff held dual roles as senior equity research analyst and director of marketing where he managed relationships with Suffolk’s investors, which were mainly Fortune 400 pension funds.
Mr. Tantleff graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in small business management.
